All our prices are shown fully inclusive of VAT and delivery with NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. Please check out our FAQs for answers to common delivery questions.
3) Orders received before 10:00 am are dispatched the same day. Our normal shipping time is 4 working days (from dispatch). Please contact us on 0141 781 4791 if you have special delivery requirements.

Shipping options include;
- Standard Shipping FREE/Included
- Delivery before 10:00 am + £20.00
- Saturday delivery + £30.00
- 24 hour next day by special arrangement PLEASE CALL TO DISCUSS
- Forklift assistance is advised for orders over 3 Tonnes + £150.00

When will my order be delivered?
We deliver within 4 working days of receiving your order.
Does a lorry makes a special trip from your depot to my house?
No. All our products come from our own depot but get to you via the Palletline distribution network.
I live in a remote location in South East England, can you deliver to me for the prices quoted on this website?
Yes. We deliver anywhere on the UK mainland for the prices quoted on this website. The price you see is what you pay.
How do you deliver my order?
We use a tail lift system of delivery. Tail-lift deliveries require a paved, concrete or tarmac surface, however it may be possible to deliver by tail-lift onto gravel or hardcore surfaces if an able-bodied person is available to assist the driver.
I'm not sure if the delivery truck will be able to access my property, can you advise?
